was the first to know about spike. I happened to see the recruitment information of daye spike when I wanted to change my job. I chatted with my friend the next day. my friend said that spike was a well-known enterprise in daye and could go and see it. so I applied for the job with the attitude of trying. At the first glance of Daye Peak, I suspected that I was in the wrong place-the cement factory was always covered with dust, but it was green, with flowers, trees, rockery and fountains, just like a park. After several rounds of interviews, I successfully became a member of Daye Peak Comprehensive Management Department.
When I first joined the company, I was still a little uncomfortable and often felt confused and at a loss. Fortunately, the leaders and colleagues of the department are very good. They will patiently help me to familiarize myself with the work flow and the required knowledge. They will take me to walk around the factory to familiarize myself with the environment. In their spare time, they will chat together and share delicious snacks. With their help, I quickly mastered new knowledge such as system internal audit, social security management, salary accounting, personnel information sorting, etc., and also followed department leaders to recruit new employees.
I still remember clearly that I had just been on the job for about three months when the group held a quarterly business analysis meeting to sort out the reporting materials and make PPT. Because I have not dealt with such matters before, I have revised them many times and still have problems. The leader of the company called me to his office and patiently told me from beginning to end where and how to modify it. The 1.1 point was very clear. At that moment, my heart was grateful. Because similar things had happened in the previous unit, the leaders at that time threw the document directly on the table and did not say any amendments at all. At the peak, there has never been a leader who is unwilling to communicate because I am an ordinary employee. When I meet on the road or in the factory during non-working hours, I will greet, chat, and even make jokes like friends, which makes me feel very kind; and At work, I really feel the help of the leaders and the attitude of hoping that we will continue to improve.
Time is fleeting. In a twinkling of an eye, I have been working in Daye Peak for nearly two years. Now, I can introduce the peak to the candidates and lead the new employees to understand the peak with the attitude of the old peak. Whenever the new employees I handle and recruit stay at the peak and get development, I firmly believe that the original choice is not wrong. In the big family of Jianfeng, although everyone has different positions, positions, and types of work, and abilities are large and small, we can get along like family members and spare no effort to dedicate our wisdom and strength. As a member of the peak employees, while the enterprise is developing and growing, I am also constantly accumulating experience, improving myself, and making myself and the enterprise grow together.
