Yunnan Jianfeng currently uses natural dihydrate gypsum as cement retarder. Natural dihydrate gypsum is not only more expensive than phosphogypsum, but also has limited mining. Phosphogypsum is a renewable resource. After utilization, it has reached the national requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection. Under the leadership of Li Chun, all relevant posts coordinate their work and add and replace them one by one on the premise of ensuring that the cement performance is not affected. The group also set the initial target and the later target according to the actual production. The initial target is to use phosphogypsum instead of 1/2 natural dihydrate gypsum in dry season and 1/3 natural dihydrate gypsum in rainy season. The later target is to use phosphogypsum instead of 3/4 natural dihydrate gypsum in dry season and 1/2 instead of natural dihydrate gypsum in rainy season. In the process of using phosphogypsum, each post should timely feedback the existing problems, actively rectify and reform, study and optimize, and ensure the stable quality of cement produced from the mill.
