I have been engaged in equipment inspection and maintenance management for nearly 20 years. The longer I stay in this position, the more nagging I become.

Since the implementation of job safety risk assessment, through careful analysis of job safety, I am more and more worried about on-site safety management day by day. There are certain safety risks in the process of walking to and from get off work and operation. Although the inspection and confirmation work before the implementation of risk control measures has been done, it cannot be guaranteed to be foolproof. Due to the changing risks in the operation process, the reaction speed of personnel, the different awareness of safety awareness, and the lack of mutual cooperation, the integrity of the safety performance of the tools used and the influence of the external environment may cause accidents. For this reason, at the morning maintenance meeting, I repeatedly stressed how to put the safety control measures in place. When signing the job risk assessment form, check the safety control measures again and propose to improve the relevant control measures. When checking the implementation of the control measures on site, I will give instructions again according to the actual situation on site.

The most repeated words to employees almost every day are all about safety topics. The same safety instructions have been repeated many n times. In order to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, in order to improve the vigilance of colleagues, nagging is also worth it. (Lou Xuxin)

The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022.
