Unconsciously, I have been in peak health for more than a year. In this more than a year, with the deepening of the work, I came into contact with many new things, but also encountered many new problems, and these experiences are a new training process for me.

I understand that work is like something I like. I need to keep a hot heart to do it well. At present, I am QA of Jianfeng Health Chinese Herbal Pieces Workshop. My main job is to formulate quality standards for various varieties of raw drugs, intermediate products, finished products and auxiliary materials. Coordinate the related matters among the laboratory, production department, storage department, sales department and other departments and timely send samples for inspection, registration and timely issue reports. Complete the release of raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials, intermediate products and finished products; Check the cleanliness and clearance of the workshop. Although the work is simple, it is not easy to do a seemingly simple job. This simple work often makes me make mistakes. Later, I learned that when I do something with my heart, I will minimize the mistakes in this matter. Since I have come to this position, I must do my job well and do it carefully.

Secondly, one must have a sense of responsibility in doing things, and one must follow up to the end when following up on a matter. Whether it is a matter temporarily arranged by the leader or one's own job, once the matter starts, the responsible person is oneself. Continue to follow up until the final result appears, so as to have the beginning and the end.

The last is to keep learning and enrich yourself better. To maintain their own unlimited possibilities, work at the same time to broaden their awareness, constantly enrich themselves, to have a sense of crisis. Everyone is just a screw in their job. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association.
