I joined Peak in 1993, which happened to be the year when Peak Stock went public. Shortly after entering the unit, the spike stock went public. At that time, stocks were a new term, a new thing. After work, almost all of everyone's topics are related to stocks. Colleagues organized groups to go to the stock exchange to find out the market and buy and sell stocks, and the economy has made a qualitative leap. In the remote factory areas of that era, almost all the gold necklaces with each hand were only basic configurations. The male workers in the cement factory were very good at finding objects. It was a scene of great enthusiasm. Looking back on the grand occasion at that time, it seems that I still remember it vividly.

Time flies, and inadvertently I have been working at the peak for 30 years. During the period, across a number of positions in cement and pharmaceutical industry, warehouse keeper, financial accounting, statistician, salesman, drug salesman, etc., the company created opportunities for me to learn and exercise, and provided a stage to show value. The conscientious work has also been affirmed by the company, won the honors of "excellent Communist Youth League member", "excellent female worker" and "excellent salesman", and led the team to obtain "advanced collective", and gained confidence in growth in life experience.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the listing of the group company. The fruitful results of continuous development and growth are very gratifying. This year I also retired with honor. I am honored that my length of service is "the same age" as the company's listing. It is a great honor to grow together with the company for 30 years. I have been in the pharmaceutical company since 1991, and now it has been 32 years. Perhaps I was not born to do business. I was left in the warehouse because I was "stupid" and was not afraid of being dirty or tired. In addition, I was also a good hand at stacking piles. Due to the lack of technology and expertise, I cherish this hard-won job opportunity, strive to make no mistakes in the work, deliver goods quickly and accurately, review carefully and completely, and work hard in the details. Once problems are found, solve them in time.

As an ordinary member of the front line, looking at my work experience over the years, I feel that I need to be enthusiastic, patient and sincere. Take everything seriously, have a correct attitude and give priority to efficiency. Put your enthusiasm into unlimited work.

In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
