Time passed quickly. In 2013, I had already gone to college. Because I had to do social practice during the summer vacation, I came to the finance department of a pharmaceutical company to study. It is from the beginning of this internship, I really began with your "close contact", opened my way of learning. At first, I was divided into three groups of finance, online banking and issuing documents. At first glance, I met these things that only existed in books before, which made me really confused. Fortunately, my little sister was very patient. In addition, I asked if I didn't understand. After a few days, I got started smoothly. This state continued until the end of the summer vacation. In a short summer vacation, I learned a lot and benefited a lot.

Social practice in the summer vacation of 2014 and 2015, I was in the financial department of the pharmaceutical sales department, making invoices, making vouchers and binding vouchers, once again from "nothing" to "skilled worker". I remember one invoice, because I didn't pay attention to the tax rate, I wrote five wrong invoices. I was ready to be scolded. I didn't expect to take my little sister to say gently: "remember to look at the tax rate before issuing the invoice. this time it will be a lesson. pay attention next time." I was almost crying. This matter tells me that when doing things, one must be careful and ask if one does not understand. Thank you very much for taking my sister and teaching me so much.

2016 is approaching the last internship of graduation. I came to the finance department of the pharmaceutical company. I didn't expect that the teacher who took me this time was my mother. In those days, my mother taught me almost everything she could, from daily fund statements, online banking payments, to bank accounts. In the process of working with her, I not only learned a lot, but also remembered a sentence: if you can't, ask more, then understand it and do it again, so that you can do a good job.

Go around. In 2018, I entered Jinxi Factory of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as I wished, officially took over my mother's baton and became one of you, a Jianfeng.

The first station to enter the factory is in the warehouse, delivering goods and leaving the warehouse. It is fresh work content and has no clue. Fortunately, my predecessors taught me patiently and soon became familiar with me. Although only a short period of more than a year in the warehouse, but for my next work has laid a solid foundation.

My second station is in the comprehensive preparation workshop, working as an operator in the packaging class. I remember when I first arrived at my new post, I did things very slowly. Others could put out a basket of medicine in more than ten or twenty minutes. I needed half an hour or more. This state has lasted for a week and has not changed. One day when I got home, I thought of it and cried unrestrainably. I even wanted to give up at one point. However, who told me that I was born anti-bone! I began to observe carefully, and then silently tried to change. A few weeks later, I did the same speed as others, even faster. Although the work in the workshop is a bit boring, I have met several small partners, precisely because they have been encouraging me not to give up, you can, so that I am full of energy in the workshop.

Now I am making two parts. It has been more than two years since then. Over the past two years, I have learned too much, such as sending and receiving documents, arranging meetings, and receiving guests... The most important thing is to learn how to communicate with people. In the past, when others spoke, I could not help but interrupt. If I didn't agree, I would throw my face off. Now, I will calm down and listen to people finish my words. If I don't understand, I will ask in time. I want to thank my leadership, he taught me a lot of things, so that I can grow up quickly.

How time flies! In the twinkling of an eye, you are on the 30th anniversary of your listing. The first time I came to you for an internship was the summer vacation of the 20th anniversary of the listing. Ten years later, I went from a small white who didn't know anything to an "old peak" who was about to have five years of service ". The original treatment tank would emit an unpleasant smell during work, but now the smell has been significantly reduced.
