Hong Kong is a modern metropolis. In my opinion, it is a place to do business. There are not many scenic spots, bustling commercial centers everywhere, and the world-famous tourist attraction Victoria Harbour. This time, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the harbor at close range. The skyscrapers in the distance are towering into the sky, and the sea breeze is blowing nearby, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. The Victoria Harbour Pier on the harbor is a very popular tourist gathering place, gathering high-end restaurants, fashionable shopping malls and beautiful landscapes, including fountains, night cruises, Avenue of Stars and so on. When you come here at night to enjoy the night scene, you can see that under the background of the city's neon lights, the colors of the night scene are changing and a vibrant and prosperous scene.

Macau and Hong Kong are very close, but the feeling is very different. Here has a profound historical and cultural heritage, but also a unique style of fusion of Eastern and Western culture. Speaking of Macau, naturally can not but mention the casino. The Venetian Casino we visited is an entertainment venue that integrates hotels, casinos, and commercial shopping malls. It is also one of the largest casinos in the world. It is crowded, colorful, and dazzling with various entertainment facilities. Even if you don't gamble, you can feel the lively atmosphere. The Venetian Casino is also a comprehensive leisure shopping center with the theme of Venice, and it is also the largest indoor shopping center in Macau. The architecture, landscape, and cruise ships all have a strong Venetian style, so it is also known as the "Venice of the East". After appreciating the romance of Venice's water city, I occasionally looked up and saw the blue sky and white clouds. I thought I had walked outside. Later, I learned that the blue sky and white clouds here are all man-made, and they are so lifelike that it is difficult to distinguish between true and false. I feel that technological progress is really omnipotent.

Five-day tour of Hong Kong and Macao, I think the two cities have their own advantages and are worth savoring. As an ordinary employee, it is really full of happiness to have such an opportunity. Hong Kong is indeed a very attractive tourist city, very prosperous, very clean, very beautiful, and very fun. Compared with Shanghai and Shenzhen, Hong Kong is very small, but when you go to any scenic spot and urban area in Hong Kong, it is very clean, orderly and lively. Although it is a hot summer, no matter where you go, it is crowded with tourists from all over the world.

Although it is only a tour and has little contact with the locals, we can feel the enthusiasm and civilization of Hong Kong people. As long as you ask for directions, you will be enthusiastic and tell you in detail. Order is also a characteristic of Hong Kong. Both pedestrians and vehicles abide by traffic rules. There is almost no noise and food on public transportation such as the subway. Hong Kong also attaches great importance to environmental protection. For example, smoking is not allowed indoors, and offenders will be fined HK $5000. Outdoor smoking should also have a designated sign. In addition, there is no disposable knife and fork in the instant noodles bought in the supermarket, and there is no disposable chopsticks for eating in any restaurant.

For us mainland tourists, the daily consumption in Hong Kong is really expensive. A bowl of white rice is 10 Hong Kong dollars, an ordinary ice cream is 20 Hong Kong dollars, and a football-sized watermelon is 40 Hong Kong dollars. However, Hong Kong has a rich variety of commodities. As long as you pay attention, you can see commodities from all over the world. This is the advantage of the World Trade Center.

Macao is very close to Hong Kong. It takes more than an hour to take the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Compared with Hong Kong, Macao's city is not very beautiful and there are not many interesting places. Macau is one of the three largest casinos in the world. The locals call gambling lucky gambling and casinos "casinos". Casinos are generally attached to large hotels. Such luxury hotels and casinos are everywhere, especially the Lisboa Hotel. The casino is the most famous. According to local regulations, people under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from entering casinos. Of course, we don't need to care about this "ban", so we went in and visited. I saw that every casino was decorated with luxurious style, and every gambling table was crowded, which was staggering.

The airport in Macau is very small, which surprised me. It is only as big as the airport in our small mainland city, and it is very simple. There is only a small convenience store in it. But there are also things I like in Macau, one is the local products of Macau, and the other is the Venetian Resort Hotel. Macao's streets are full of shops selling local specialties. The local people call them "hand letters". There are macadamia cakes, pork jerky, beef jerky and other Macao specialty snacks, which are both snacks and gifts. They are delicious. The Venetian Resort Hotel is a five-star hotel with food, accommodation, play, shopping and performances, and it is very interesting. It is the largest, most fun, most luxurious and most magnificent hotel I have ever seen. There are blue sky and white clouds, arch bridges and small canals in the hotel. There are many cruise ships on the canals. The boatmen are young foreigners with high noses and blue eyes. They wear colorful and beautiful uniforms and sing wonderful songs. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

On November 1, daye peak post inspection officially started full operation, starting from the limestone storage yard at the source of the production line to the cement storage. the original 15 posts were merged, and the best experienced mechanics, electricians and post workers were transferred to form a large inspection class, which was mainly responsible for on-site emergency disposal and post routine maintenance to ensure the normal production of the whole production line. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
