Heatstroke prevention is a major focus of summer work. The company requires all production and business units to strengthen the supervision and inspection of heatstroke prevention and cooling work, equip necessary cooling facilities or materials such as fans, air conditioners and ice cubes according to the characteristics of the production site, and stock heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs in the production line such as workshops, warehouses and construction sites. According to the production characteristics and specific conditions, reasonable arrangement of working hours and rotation operations shall be adopted for open-air work posts and high-temperature posts, appropriately reduce outdoor operations during high temperature periods, increase employee rest time, reduce labor intensity, and protect employee health.
