With the long-term use of the online analyzer, the working stability of the instrument and the detection data of the elemental composition ratio of the raw materials are gradually deteriorating, and the real batching situation will deviate from the detection value. In order to solve the error of the instrument in the batching process to the greatest extent, ensure the stability of raw material into the kiln, indirectly improve the quality of clinker and finished cement products out of the kiln and reduce the cost incurred in the production process, Yunnan Jianfeng specially invited the technical personnel of the manufacturer to re-calibrate the modified instrument.
