After entering Tianjin Jianfeng postdoctoral workstation, Li Dongnan, taking "the mechanism of pectin improving the stability of anthocyanins in fruit juice" as the research topic, deeply studied and excavated plant resources rich in anthocyanins or other functional components, and expanded the application of non-thermal processing technologies such as HHP in food processing.
This defense meeting was jointly held by Tianjin Jianfeng and Tianjin University of Science and Technology. At the same time, during his stay at the station, Li Dongnan successively published 2 papers in SCI I Area I of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 1 paper in Area II and 1 paper included in EI, assisted enterprises in applying for 1 invention patent, and newly presided over 1 general project of Liaoning Provincial Nature Fund and 1 general project of Liaoning Provincial Education Department.
