Tianjin Jianfeng has another postdoctoral student out of the station.

Dr. Li Dongnan has presided over and participated in 18 national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects such as the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and major projects in Liaoning Province. He has published more than 20 papers in high-level journals at home and abroad, including 6 SCI Zone 1 (JCR) papers and 2 EI papers as the first author and corresponding author. Won the first prize and second prize of the provincial and ministerial science and technology progress award twice. After entering Tianjin Jianfeng postdoctoral workstation, Li Dongnan, taking "the mechanism of pectin improving the stability of anthocyanins in fruit juice" as the research topic, deeply studied and excavated plant resources rich in anthocyanins or other functional components, and expanded the application of non-thermal processing technologies such as HHP in food processing.

This defense meeting was jointly held by Tianjin Jianfeng and Tianjin University of Science and Technology. The review experts included Liu Dan, general manager of Tianjin Jianfeng, Du Xinjun, dean of the School of Food Science and Engineering of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, and professors Zhang Zesheng, Hu Aijun, Wang Hao, etc. After defense, the expert group believed that Dr. Li Dongnan's research took cyanidin -3-glucoside (C3G) and blueberry pectin (BP) as objects, and used high hydrostatic pressure treatment to explore their influence on the physical and chemical properties and microscopic morphology of C3G-BP complexes and their protective effect on anthocyanin stability, and to study the biological activity of C3G-BP complexes. The relevant research results have great theoretical significance and application value. At the same time, during his stay at the station, Li Dongnan successively published 2 papers in SCI I Area I of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 1 paper in Area II and 1 paper included in EI, assisted enterprises in applying for 1 invention patent, and newly presided over 1 general project of Liaoning Provincial Nature Fund and 1 general project of Liaoning Provincial Education Department. It not only improves the gold content of research results, but also actively explores the follow-up transformation of results.
