The electrician on duty found that the DCS cabinet had no power supply, and many components were burned out and could not be restored in time. Temporary power supply was needed to ensure the normal startup of the equipment, and the burned out components inside the cabinet were repaired later. In this drill, all post workers, central control operators and management personnel take timely and effective measures to prevent the expansion of accidents, prevent the impact of high-voltage equipment and power accidents on production, and improve the ability of enterprise employees to deal with power accidents in emergency, so as to provide guarantee for maintaining enterprise safety and production stability.

Mechanical injury accident drill further improves the safety awareness of employees through intuitive simulation of the accident scene, and learns scientific and standardized accident emergency handling methods on the spot, thereby improving the self-rescue ability of employees and the cooperation and combat ability of the rescue team. The emergency rescue drill of

ammonia leakage accident mainly simulates the accident of sudden ammonia leakage at the connection of ammonia pump pipeline, causing on-site inspection to inhale a small amount of ammonia gas and poisoning. At the scene of the accident, practical rescue was carried out in all aspects on how to ask for help, how to report and deal with the emergency plan, how to deal with ammonia discharge points and matters needing attention, etc.

Yunnan Jianfeng Quality Management Department evaluated the risk factors within the scope of work according to its own work characteristics and combined with the actual situation, and carried out a simulation exercise of concentrated hydrochloric acid burn analysts' palms and splashing them on the ground.
