Fire safety is an important guarantee for enterprise production and the safety of employees' lives and property. came to the G01-G03 workshop, I was "entrusted with important tasks" in addition to the previous product production, and undertook the monthly integrity inspection of fire fighting equipment in the entire new Jinxi factory area. The task may seem simple, but the all-round "visits" of hundreds of fire-fighting facilities every month are really boring and time-consuming, and occasionally criticized for omissions.

In order to complete the monthly fire fighting equipment inspection work well and quickly, I have classified and numbered the portable dry powder fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and other fire fighting equipment in the factory area, and established a ledger, through which the building and floor where the equipment is located can be quickly indexed. Print a simple ledger before the monthly routine inspection, which is used for real-time marking and abnormal situation recording after the inspection. After this operation, the leaders no longer have to worry about my omission in the inspection. Whether the pressure pointer of the fire extinguisher is in the green area, whether there are rust, cracking, deformation and other abnormal conditions on the appearance of the tank, hose and nozzle, whether the "start" indicator light of the fire hydrant flashes regularly, and whether the hose, water gun and water pipe interface are in good condition or not are all recorded by me. If there is any abnormality, I will report it to the relevant departments as soon as possible after summarizing it, and actively cooperate with the improvement or update.

While ensuring that the fire fighting equipment is in good condition, I am also a supervisor and persuader who is strictly prohibited from blocking the fire fighting equipment and fire fighting passages of the department. If colleagues store items in these key areas for a short time, I will also dissuade them in time. Check whether the safety warning signs pasted in each area are in good condition, and urge each post to disconnect the water and electricity connection and close the doors and windows in time before leaving work... As long as it is related to safety matters, I am serious.
