people's life is like taking a bus, there are many stations, each station is a new starting point. In February of this year, I came to a "station" called "Daye Peak". With beautiful dreams and hopes, I started a new journey in my life in this vibrant place. When
entered Daye Peak, the first thing that caught my eye was the 16 characters above the central control building, "unite and struggle, be realistic and innovative, aspire to be the top, and climb the peak forever", which demonstrated the enterprise spirit of the peak and made me feel the strong corporate culture atmosphere. Looking around, rows of buildings are scattered and orderly, spacious and smooth asphalt roads are spotless, and green vegetation is full of vitality... Seeing such a superior working environment, I feel lucky and determined to seize this opportunity and work hard.
After several days of safety training and basically mastering the safety risks and matters needing attention on site, I was arranged to learn the operation of dumping ash from the packaging and delivery monitor. I have never done these jobs before. Everything must start from scratch. It is inevitable that I feel a little uneasy. After arriving at the post, several squad leaders were very enthusiastic and took the trouble to teach me hand in hand. They wanted to teach me all their work skills at once. At work, they are both masters and brothers, giving me endless help and care, making me feel at home and happy. Under their careful guidance, I soon became familiar with the work flow and operation skills of pouring ash into the cement warehouse, which made me full of confidence and hope for my future work.
As a member of the enterprise, only dedication can be appreciated and admired, and professional ethics and dignity can be reflected. At Daye Peak, I met many such role models. For example, our delivery supervisor has a clear working mind and is dedicated to his duties. Every time there is a work problem or equipment failure, he always arrives at the scene as soon as possible and handles it with the on-site personnel. Whenever I see his face full of stains on his hands after the failure has been dealt with, in addition to admiration, I always think, leaders are so desperate, they have what reason not to work hard? And my "iron and iron women army" style masters, delivery positions are very ordinary and even boring, but they have always maintained a positive attitude to work, conscientious, hard-working. They have pointed out the direction for my future work and are a good example for me to learn.
As the saying goes, "Lu Yao knows horsepower, and you see people's hearts for a long time". In the future work, I will redouble my efforts to study, constantly improve myself, strive to realize my dream, and contribute my strength to the development and growth of the peak with practical actions. Daye Peak Declared 4 Invention Patents Last Year
In 2019, Daye Jianfeng Cement Company changed its thinking, actively explored and tested the use of new materials, and summarized the research results in a timely manner, and successively declared 4 invention patents. In the production process of low-alkali cement, Daye Peak changed the traditional scheme of using high-grade sandstone ingredients alone to replace part of the sandstone and part of the iron correction material with iron ore waste soil, which not only controlled the alkali content in the clinker, but also increased the Al2O3 content in the clinker, ensuring the easy burnability and high early strength of the clinker. Innovation has also been made in the raw material batching scheme, breaking the original high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together and changing them to separate batching of high-grade and low-grade sandstones respectively, thus avoiding the disadvantage of easy material segregation in the process of high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together. At the same time, the original four-component batching is changed to five-component batching, so that low-alkali clinker can be freely switched, which is convenient for production organization and production cost. On the basis of a series of innovative achievements, Daye Peak declared four invention patents in 2019: "a technology for producing clinker from gas sludge and dust collection in steel mills", "a method for treating sludge in machine-made sand mills", "an improvement in raw material batching method" and "a technology for producing low cement from iron ore mining waste soil", all of which have high practical value.
