In order to effectively improve the safety awareness and disposal ability of kiln system inspection workers in the process of preheater blockage removal, on June 20, the manufacturing department of Huang Ping Jianfeng Cement Company organized an emergency drill for preheater blockage removal.
This exercise simulates the whole process from the central control operator finding the preheater blockage, notifying the on-site inspection worker to clear the blockage, and safely completing the blockage removal operation. During the drill, the operators were armed with high-pressure water cannons and dressed in special fire-proof clothing for clearing and blocking. According to the operating procedures, the operation was standardized and the blocking was cleared safely and smoothly. The whole process was busy but not disorderly. The participants responded quickly, commanded properly and communicated smoothly, thus achieving the expected purpose.
This exercise not only allows employees to master the precautions for cleaning the preheater, understand the risk factors in the cleaning of the preheater, enhance the emergency handling ability of employees, and lay the foundation for the safe and stable production of the enterprise.
