The elevator that Daye Peak needs to verify this time is the kiln tail industrial elevator installed in 2021. Due to frequent use, the main components (back wheel and back wheel) are worn out and the level interlocking rod is broken. In mid-May, Daye Peak contacted the maintenance unit for replacement and maintenance, and removed the main equipment (fall arrester) to a professional organization for testing, and obtained a certificate of qualified use. The inspection items of the special inspection institute mainly include hydraulic system inspection, electrical protection test, safety protection and protection device inspection, performance test, elevator safety operation procedures, and operator training. The verification personnel made a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the data. After the test, the test was started for trial operation. The whole operation was stable and normal, which met the relevant requirements of the elevator safety regulations in Hubei Province. For the rectification content proposed in the inspection, Daye Peak is actively organizing rectification to eliminate hidden dangers to ensure the safe and stable operation of the elevator.
