Chen Cuihong entered daye peak work after graduating from university in 2009. He first worked in the analysis group of the quality control department and then was transferred to the office due to his outstanding work performance. In my impression, at that time, she was a shy "sister-in-law" with pimples on her face. She spoke softly, but she was resolute and unambiguous in doing things. She shuttled between the central control building and the production site every day. In particular, coal yard sampling was a "hard job" for our female employees who love beauty. At that time, it was an open-air coal yard. Before the coal shed was built, when the weather was bad, the wind blew "black snowflakes" and people became pandas after a short stay. At this time, she always helps us to carry coal, break coal, hammer coal, and finally divide the samples manually. At the end, the teeth are white. We are all worried that she will not be able to hold on. After all, she has just graduated with her youth dream. Who ever thought that she had been doing it for 14 years, from the ignorant teenager before to the "quality guard" who is now the only one ".
Although she usually mingles with us, she is selfless in her work and will never let go of mistakes. Sometimes the data input on the MS system is wrong. In our opinion, this is only a small mistake. It is good to change it, but she is very "serious". The first warning and the second direct assessment. We all think she is making a mountain out of a molehill, but she always says that the laboratory is the main functional department of the enterprise's product quality, and any product quality accident may bring great losses to the enterprise. She shuttles back and forth in various teams and groups every day, communicates with each other and solves practical problems in time when problems are found. Every year, she uses the time of kiln shutdown to train our inspectors in theoretical knowledge and practical operation to help us improve our skills to varying degrees. No matter whether it is big or small, no matter who encounters difficulties in life or work, Chen Cuihong will always patiently and enthusiastically help us solve various problems. Our quality control department has more female employees and more trivial things in life. Every time a child is uncomfortable or an old man has a headache or fever, she always asks whether she wants to rest or not (it is not convenient for the factory to go to town by car), just like our intimate housekeeper.
Enthusiasm is the soul of work, and responsibility is the attitude of work. Our "Cui butler" explains this sentence well. Although she often said that she thanked us for our company and helped her grow up along the way, we would like to say that we thank her for her help and let us better unite together.
