It's the safety production month again. It reminds me of an emergency rescue drill I watched last year. It gave me a new idea about safety production. I should also pay attention to the application of new technologies and new equipment in safety management.

The drill simulated the leakage and ignition of acetonitrile storage tank in the solvent storage tank area of the second workshop of Naisikang Pharmaceutical. There were a large number of solvent storage tanks at the accident site, and the danger may be further expanded. Because the leaked material is acetonitrile, which is toxic, volatile and flammable, the Wucheng District Hazardous Chemical Accident Emergency Rescue Headquarters uses visual command and dispatch and joint disposal.
What I felt most about this observation was that many high technologies were used in the exercise, such as robots putting out fires. After putting out fires, VOCs navigation monitoring vehicles were used to detect harmful substances in the air. The robot looks like a small tank and a "martial arts master" with long sleeves. It can spray fire water continuously and change its angle. Compared with the common artificial fire fighting, the robot is not afraid of high temperature, nor is it afraid of poisonous gas. People need to be fully protected before they can go to battle, while robots can go up directly. The leakage of this "accident" is toxic and harmful gas. If people put out the fire, even if it is "fully armed", there will be a certain danger. Moreover, the robot can be closer to the fire source than the firefighter, and the fire extinguishing effect is better. VOCs navigation monitoring vehicle is a mobile toxic and harmful gas detection laboratory, which is more convenient to use than traditional laboratories, and can timely and accurately know the situation of toxic and harmful gases on site, provide accurate information for scientific decision-making in time, and ensure the safety of the people.
