Although I have encountered problems that are unable to solve and feel depressed about my lack of knowledge, leaders and colleagues can always give a helping hand in time. When the problem was solved with their help, I also felt the mutual help among my colleagues.
I am very clear that the job requires me to have a high sense of responsibility and keen observation, and maintaining a high degree of concentration is the basic professional quality. What struck me in particular was that the habits formed at work were gradually affecting my lifestyle. In the past, at home, I often put things casually, and the room sometimes looked messy. After work, because of the fixed management, each item had a fixed location, so as to ensure the cleanliness and freshness of the office area. After getting into the habit, I also used the same method at home. Not only did the items be placed in order, but also the rush to find things temporarily disappeared.
Some time ago, I was a member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Team and participated in the "Spike Cup" basketball match organized by the group company. Although I did not achieve the most ideal results, the pictures of my colleagues unreservedly contributing vitality, passion and energy on the field are deeply engraved in my mind.
