Measurement management system is through the management of measurement equipment and measurement process, management due to incorrect measurement results bring risks to the organization, the possible incorrect measurement results are reduced to a minimum degree; The product quality risk caused by inaccurate measurement is reduced to a minimum degree, so that the measurement management system plays an important role in ensuring the organization to achieve product quality objectives and other objectives. Through the management of measurement management system, it can strengthen the requirements of each measurement activity, transaction settlement, safety protection, health and ecological environment monitoring in the production process, provide measurement guarantee for quality control, product competition, energy management, scientific and technological innovation, industrial development, economic construction, etc., and ensure the risk control of product quality affected by the incorrect results of measurement equipment and measurement process, to serve the high-quality development of modern production of enterprises.

Huang Ping Peak has invested heavily in strengthening measurement management since the construction of the project, and has attached great importance to measurement work since it was officially put into production. After carrying out the preparation work for the certification of the measurement management system, for the purpose of effectively integrating the measurement management system with the production and operation of the enterprise, the quality control department took the lead to compile the measurement management system manual and the measurement management system procedure documents for the actual production organization, and defined the measurement work policy and quality objectives, the general requirements for measurement, management responsibilities, resource management, measurement confirmation and measurement process implementation, measurement management system analysis and improvement, the scope of the enterprise measurement management system, organization and control management, etc. shall be clearly defined and implemented on February 20, 2023.

In order to enable relevant personnel to better master the relevant knowledge of the measurement management system, on February 21, Huang Ping Jianfeng invited relevant experts to give a special lecture on measurement knowledge, analyzed and interpreted the standards of the measurement management system, and improved everyone's understanding of the measurement work. The declaration of measurement management system certification was officially started in early April, the internal audit of measurement management system was completed in early May, and the expert group audit of measurement management system was successfully passed in mid-June, and the measurement management system certificate was obtained.
