Pinellia ternata decoction pieces commonly used in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine are dried tubers of Pinellia ternata, a perennial herb of Araceae. Therefore, the common Pinellia ternate on the market is processed. Most of the commonly used processing methods are water, fire or water and fire.
