In addition, every year during the quality month, the Quality Control Department takes the lead in organizing a series of activities to strengthen quality publicity, organize quality knowledge training and examinations, and continuously enhance the quality awareness of every employee in Huang Ping Peak. It is also common to communicate with relevant government departments and peak cement users. Especially for market maintenance, as long as the sales department needs it, manager Chen will take the time to visit customers with the salesmen, answer the difficult questions of users, publicize the main points of cement use, understand the needs of customers, and assist in dealing with quality doubts. Over the past few years, he knows all about Huang Ping's key customers and major projects.

In order to do a good job in mine quality management, Manager Chen is responsible for formulating a new mine management responsibility system, revising quality indicators that have a greater impact on production, such as limestone ultra-poor samples, chicken-called slope sand shale moisture, and adjusting quality performance standards. While putting forward higher requirements for mine quality management, the Quality Control Department has also strengthened follow-up supervision and management to make the overall quality of incoming ore more stable, providing a guarantee for normal production and stable clinker quality.
