The first prefecture-level organization established by the party in Zhejiang during the Revolutionary War. Granny Lin Cui'e said that the local area is connected to Wuyuan in Jiangxi in the west and Xiuning in Anhui in the north. It is more than 500 meters above sea level. The independent regiment of the Red Army stationed in the village at that time, together with the Kaihua guerrillas, carried out an arduous guerrilla struggle on the border between Anhui, Zhejiang and Jiangxi. For more than 30 years, she has volunteered to explain to tourists from all over the country the establishment of the Zhejiang-Anhui Special Committee and its struggle, and the revolutionary deeds of the anti-Japanese advance team fighting in Kaihua every day at the former site of the Zhejiang-Anhui Special Committee of the Communist Party of China. Today, at the age of 96, she still insists on serving as a red commentator at the former site of the Zhejiang-Anhui Special Committee of the Communist Party of China, spending her life telling red stories and spreading the voice of the party.
