Because many vehicles need to cover the tarpaulin after loading the cement, the personnel climb up from the side of the vehicle, and the truck compartment is relatively high, which is easy to have the risk of falling accident, and there is a great potential safety hazard. To this end, some employees put forward a reasonable proposal to install a set of escalator platforms at the packaging and delivery system. After installing this set of escalators, vehicles that need to be covered with tarpaulins can stop directly at the escalators after they are loaded with cement. Personnel can use the escalators to climb to the height of the roof, which is convenient for personnel to cover tarpaulins. At the same time, in order to better meet the needs of the driver, the design of the ladder is a two-layer structure, which can match more vehicle models. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
