My major is food technology, and I was assigned to the Maika Beverage Company under the Labor Service Company, engaged in the production of fruit and vegetable juice drinks and mineral water. At that time, there were some problems in the quality of fruit and vegetable juice drinks and mineral water, and I participated in solving practical problems as soon as I arrived. The main problem of fruit juice is fat listening, that is, the packaging expands abnormally during the shelf life, because sterilization is not complete. By strengthening the pipeline cleaning and disinfection, lengthening the sterilization time, keeping the environment clean in the filling process, and using hot filling to enhance the sterilization effect, although the fat listening situation has been reduced, it cannot be fundamentally solved. For this reason, drinks can only be sold internally and cannot be promoted to the market. In fact, we know that the root cause of the problem is that aseptic filling cannot be achieved, but because the entire production process has been finalized, it cannot be effectively solved. The packaging plastic cup and aluminum-plastic film of fruit juice beverage are disinfected by steam and ozone respectively. The so-called full-automatic filling and sealing integrated machine cannot be fully automatic. The sterilized plastic cup and aluminum-plastic film should be manually put into the designated position, and then filled and sealed by the machine. Therefore, there are at least three people in the filling room, who are respectively responsible for operating the machine, placing the plastic cup and aluminum-plastic, and cleaning the overflow beverage. In addition, the design of the production line did not consider the post-filling sterilization process, and there was not enough space to increase the process. Later, the product can only be left for one to two weeks, and then packaged and sold after eliminating fat. The problem of mineral water is flocculent precipitation, which is actually caused by the failure to aseptic filling. It can only be left for a period of time before labeling and selling unqualified products. In addition, the source of mineral water in the field, there is also a risk of pollution. Finally, these products have to go to the end.
Myka is the first stop of my work, and it is also the pain that lingers in my heart. I have always felt guilty that as a technical backbone, I can only passively deal with these problems and cannot fundamentally solve them. Looking back, the key to ensuring the quality of any product is high-quality raw materials and scientific production technology. You must be cautious in process demonstration and selection. Otherwise, it is not only a question of cost, but also a question of product survival.
1998 years later, I came to Jianfeng Pharmaceutical with regret. Everything started from scratch and began to engage in sales promotion. In fact, I am not good at communication. I can only behave with sincerity and do things seriously, slowly realize the transformation from technology to sales, and step by step into a management position. But looking back on the 30 years of work experience in the peak, the most unforgettable is Myka. Although there are regrets and lessons, I gradually grow and mature in the working atmosphere of peak harmony and tolerance. Most of the employees who signed up were identified as participating in the four levels of vocational skills. According to preliminary statistics, there are now 155 employees who have signed up for their professional skill level, including 47 pharmaceutical preparation workers and 108 cement production workers. The human resources department of the group company is stepping up efforts to organize personnel to examine the qualifications of the employees whose registration grades are identified, and then enter the Zhejiang professional ability integration platform for formal registration after passing the examination. According to the national vocational skill standards and other content, each unit carries out targeted training for employees who participate in the independent identification of vocational skill levels. The training is conducted through on-site teaching, online teaching, and learning platform question bank exercises. After the training, the group company will organize the employees who participate in the grade identification to carry out examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will complete the grade identification and issue the skill grade certificate. It is understood that in order to ensure the quality of vocational skill level identification, after the company was approved to independently identify the vocational skill level, the human resources department of the group organized all units to compile the question bank for various types of work in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and with reference to the national vocational skill standards and training syllabus and other materials. after classification, unification and standardization, verification and proofreading, the preparation of the question bank has been basically completed. After being submitted to the superior unit for examination and approval, the company will import the question bank on the enterprise university platform to facilitate employees to prepare for the examination. The question bank for the independent identification of vocational skills level will also be extracted from the question banks of various industries, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, safety and environmental protection knowledge, laws and regulations knowledge, professional work practice and other national vocational skills standards. Basic requirements. The examination and assessment for independent determination of vocational skill level is tentatively scheduled for mid-September.
