The high temperature weather in summer and the hot air of the clinker inside, the ambient temperature inside can reach above 60 ℃, and the temperature of some equipment is as high as above 100 ℃, so people can't stay inside for a few minutes. First, a small hole was opened directly above the ceiling for ventilation, and a compressed air axial flow fan was used to blow at the high temperature point of the equipment. However, the effect is not ideal or a long-term solution. Last summer, Huang Ping's peak made four large cuts on the four sides of the top of the warehouse. He used the natural wind to flow in the opposite direction to speed up the air circulation inside, thus lowering the temperature. Not to mention that this did have obvious effects. The ambient temperature was controlled at about 40 to 50 degrees Celsius, and the equipment was operated more smoothly.
After the temperature dropped, the four big holes did not look so pleasing to the eye.
