Last summer, Huang Ping Jianfeng Cement Company made a minor renovation of the top of the clinker warehouse. Four large cuts were made on all sides of the top of the warehouse, and the temperature in the warehouse was lowered by the opposite flow of natural wind. In March this year, Huang Ping Jianfeng installed beautiful shutters for these four mouches, which are cool and more beautiful.

Since the official production of Huang Ping Jianfeng Cement, the top of the clinker warehouse on our production line is a fully enclosed color steel shed. After the clinker is burned out, it has a higher temperature and is stored in a large amount in a hot material warehouse with a capacity of 50000 tons. The hot air floats up to the entrance and door hole above, just like a big steamer. There are also important equipment such as head wheel, motor, liquid couple, reducer, dust collector fan motor, bearing and other equipment in the head of clinker chain bucket machine. The high temperature weather in summer and the hot air of the clinker inside, the ambient temperature inside can reach above 60 ℃, and the temperature of some equipment is as high as above 100 ℃, so people can't stay inside for a few minutes. In 2021, the over-clinker chain hopper will stop due to the high temperature of the equipment. The clinker chain hopper itself is an important equipment in the clinker forging system. Once the equipment is stopped, the operation of the kiln will be affected, resulting in the kiln to be stopped. The problem of high ambient temperature at the top of

warehouse has been perplexing Huang Ping's peak. Various methods have been tried before. First, a small hole was opened directly above the ceiling for ventilation, and a compressed air axial flow fan was used to blow at the high temperature point of the equipment. However, the effect is not ideal or a long-term solution. Last summer, Huang Ping's peak made four large cuts on the four sides of the top of the warehouse. He used the natural wind to flow in the opposite direction to speed up the air circulation inside, thus lowering the temperature. Not to mention that this did have obvious effects. The ambient temperature was controlled at about 40 to 50 degrees Celsius, and the equipment was operated more smoothly.

After the temperature dropped, the four big holes did not look so pleasing to the eye. In early March, while the construction team installing the fan sound insulation was working in the factory, Huang Ping Jianfeng installed the four holes together with beautiful blinds, which looked much more beautiful after installation. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.
