With the increasing shortage of national energy, the introduction of new policies on energy dual control, carbon peak and carbon neutrality, high energy consumption enterprises are facing difficulties in survival. According to the requirements of relevant national policies, the proportion of cement industry's production capacity reaching the benchmark level must exceed 30% in 2025. The benchmark energy consumption of clinker is 100kg standard coal/ton, and the benchmark level is 117kg standard coal/ton. Under the background of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", promoting energy conservation and emission reduction is the primary task for the development of high energy consumption enterprises such as cement. At the same time, the price of raw materials has risen sharply in recent years, which has brought huge cost pressure to cement companies. Strengthening energy conservation and consumption reduction and finding relatively economical alternative fuels are not only an urgent need under the current energy situation, but also reducing carbon emissions and reducing coal. An important way to use.

Starting from 2022, Huang Ping Peak will begin to prepare for the technological transformation of alternative fuels. Through detailed market research and comparative inspection of bituminous coal and alternative fuel samples used in production, rubber powder was finally determined as alternative fuel, and a technological transformation plan was formulated. In the second half of 2022, Huang Ping Peak began the construction of rubber powder alternative fuel. This technological transformation is to add a rubber powder storage bin near the raw coal bin in the kiln head pulverized coal preparation system. The rubber powder packed in ton bags is hoisted to the entrance of the hoist by an electric single beam crane, transported to the storage bin after being broken, and then measured and transported to the head of the raw coal scale for grinding. After three months of work, the project ended smoothly at the beginning of the year. After the production line resumed production and operation after the Spring Festival, rubber powder was mixed and used on February 22, and adjustments were made continuously according to the actual impact of different mixing ratios on kiln conditions. At present, the mixing amount of rubber powder fuel and the substitution ratio have stabilized.

It is understood that after the normal operation of the Huang Ping Jianfeng Rubber Powder Alternative Fuel Project, it can achieve an annual processing capacity of 5000 tons of rubber powder and save nearly 5000 tons of raw coal. According to the relevant regulations, alternative fuels are not included in the energy consumption, which will greatly reduce the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of clinker. At the same time, there is a large price difference between rubber powder and coal, and the cost of raw materials will also be significantly reduced. Through this technological transformation, it will promote the development of Huangping peak to the goal of "low carbon, environmental protection and emission reduction", improve the level of comprehensive utilization of resources, ease the cost pressure, and have good social, economic and environmental benefits.
