When Yunnan Peak inspected the steel plate of kiln tail chimney in November of 2022 , it was found that the thickness was reduced by 2-3 mm compared with that of 2021 , and it was necessary to replace it. In addition, according to the continuous 5 years of testing data analysis, it is found that the corrosion is weak below the inlet of the tail exhaust fan. In order to save costs, after discussion, it was decided that the replacement chimney should be replaced upward from , 25, 19 meters. In order to ensure the welding quality, plates above 10 mm shall be beveled on one side. Each transverse seam and vertical seam shall be welded on both sides and each weld shall be inspected. Only after approval can the next section be hoisted and butted.
