编者按:1月18日召开的集团表彰会上,先进企业代表、尖峰供应链公司总经理楼春明,优秀管理工作者代表、大冶尖峰常务副总经理袁先明,优秀共产党员代表、金华市医药公司范土法,新秀员工代表、尖峰药业生产部周文宝,创新能手代表、电缆公司卢超芳先后上台发言,回顾过去一年的工作得失,分享经验和体会。本期《尖峰报》特刊登他们发言的主要内容,供同事们分享学习。
突破瓶颈 稳健经营 提升核心竞争力
■ 先进企业代表 尖峰供应链公司
过去的2022年,复杂多变的疫情贯穿全年,持续不断影响供应链公司的各项业务活动,疫情防控工作战战兢兢、如履薄冰、压力巨大。回顾全年,我们顶住了疫情反复、铁路停装、库容紧张、激烈的市场竞争、放开后人员感染等多重的冲击。全体员工上下一心,不怕苦、不怕累,迎难而上,圆满完成了责任制目标,实现连续9年盈利增长。
在运营和管理方面,由于疫情防控和安全生产一直处在高压态势下,供应链公司面对辐射全国144条专线,日进出车辆1000多辆、人员2000多人的难点重点,严格落实属地防疫政策,“一扫三查”堵疏结合,将疫情阻隔在园区之外。特别是闭环车辆的管理,做到了专人管理、专用厕所、专门场地。我们组织了7次核酸检测,达7000余人次。8月份义乌疫情,我们第一时间增加临时门岗,调整东门两进、南门两出的临时方案,缓解了园区的交通压力。全年平稳运营,未发生一起疫情感染传播事故。
在仓储业务方面,3月、4月,供应链公司南站库区连续2次被封控,作业停滞、铁路停装,车辆、货物无法进出,封控、停装达67天,其中3月份在途车皮362个,4月份在途车皮341个,3个库区被封控。面对困境,公司一方面及时沟通协调、分流车皮近200个;第二方面临时调配人员到各站点收发货,确保铁路畅通和进出库正常,形成鞋塘、小黄村、南站、义乌站、竹马站、中宇601库等6地同时收发的格局;第三方面,及时与上下游客户沟通,争取客户理解。经过大家齐心协力的努力,保供保畅,顺利度过难关,得到铁路部门的肯定。全年公司仓储业务到货量、吞吐量、营业收入再创历史新高,成为中煤、宁煤全国发货量最大的仓库。几天前刚刚获得了中煤集团2022年度优秀仓储服务商第一名。
在交割仓库业务方面,注册仓单量创历史新高,并再次获得大连商品交易所年度优秀交割仓库和优秀期货专人;在期货新品种开发上,增加了4家贸易商厂库资质;12月份成功取得了广州期货交易所工业硅期货交割仓库资质,成为广期所首批交割仓库,也是浙江省唯一一个。
新的一年,公司仍将面临各种不确定,世界经济动荡冲突,我国经济也面临需求收缩、供给冲击、预期转弱三重压力,潜在的挑战很多,展望2023年,我们务必稳健经营,尊重规律,降本增效、突破能力瓶颈,提升核心竞争力。
提早预判 提前布局 不断提高产品竞争力

2022年对全国水泥行业来讲是一个分水岭,房地产开发从高峰逐渐步入到平台期,房地产企业拿地逐年减少,对水泥的需求也逐年下降。再加上疫情的反复,经营性固定资产投资下降,也拉低了水泥的需求。大冶尖峰也经历了全国水泥行业同样的阵痛,需求下降,成本上升,利润空间不断压缩收窄,但大家上下齐心,共克时艰,完成了2022年度集团责任制经营目标。
纵观2022年大冶尖峰的历程,我个人也有一些心得和体会:
坚持凡事“预则立,不预则废”的理念。
早在2021年11月份,大冶尖峰就已经对2022年经营形势进行了全面的分析预判,并出台了一系列针对市场“精耕拓荒”的措施,发展了一批新的代理商、开发了多片外围空白市场;围绕降耗的技改出台和固碳胶凝材料研发投入,才会有大量的替代燃料的论证和准备工作。精准脱硝的实施,保证了目前NOx达到超净排放标准,确保我们在12月底和1月上旬黄石重污染天气橙色预警期间不用停产。
始终坚定不移贯彻“成本领先、差异化竞争”的战略。
在成本领先战略指导下, 2022年我们依据国家及黄石绿色矿山的建设标准,积极组织业内相关专家和矿山管理人员进行研讨,制定两大矿山最优的开采方案和恢复治理方案,确保矿山资源的最大优势和延续。可持续开发的矿山资源使得我们的水泥成本较周边的同行企业有优势。除了巩固资源成本的优势,2022年我们不断优化配料结构和比例,生料中石灰石比例较去年提高了0.79%,生料材料成本明显降低。同时积极寻找更经济合算的配料替代材料来降低生料和水泥的配料成本。从源头杜绝各种材料浪费行为,2022年重点加强仓库进出库管理流程的梳理和完善,开展“反浪费反流失百日活动”,堵住漏洞,杜绝材料的浪费行为。从点滴做起,以小见大,降低我们的综合成本。
我们在湖北鄂东南的规模,在整个市场来看不算大,但在局部细分区域我们将市场份额扩张到第一,做细分区域市场的冠军。在黄石、大冶、红安等地区,我们袋散的占有率达到第一,在蕲春、黄州我们的散装占有率达到第一。同时在目前只有7名营销员的情况下,分两名营销员专管和分管大冶、阳新区域的袋装门店直营,随时掌握市场变化,快速做出调整,同时为其匹配配套的服务,保证其经营尖峰水泥的专一性和积极性。2022年根据市场形势及市场竞争态势的变化,灵活运用“量本利”和“价本利”两种模式的转换,确保经营效益的最大化。
牢固树立全员特别是管理人员的危机意识。
虽然大冶尖峰近年来盈利状况持续较高,但是水泥行业周期性强,这样靠外在固定资产高强度拉动而获利的情况转变后,后续更多竞争来自于内在综合实力的比拼。另外和周边同业对比,这几年我们也确实感觉到了极大的压力,所以要牢固树立全体员工尤其是管理人员的危机意识。成本的竞争是水泥企业未来竞争的重点,加快进度完成减碳降耗的技改,是大冶尖峰今后的生存之本。
水泥行业变化日新月异,在后房产时代和双碳政策影响下,稍有放松就有可能被竞争对手甩在身后,越是环境恶劣,我们越要加倍努力,提早预判行业发展趋势,提前布局,方能在残酷的竞争中立于不败之地。
多做事 做好事 做成事

在尖峰42年,我始终牢记自己是一名尖峰人,要对尖峰忠诚、为尖峰做事。入党30年,我也时刻铭记共产党员的标准,在平凡的工作中体现出共产党员的先进性。
医药公司总经办是一个综合性很高的部门,工作职责包括行政、党务、工会、人事、劳资、安全、资产、后勤,以及部分对外沟通联系等,我作为总经办的负责人,日常工作任务重,要求高,难度大。近年来,由于人员调动、退休等,部门留下来的大部分是新手,我带领部门其他人员努力学习业务知识,提高技能勤奋工作,从没有降低工作要求和标准,始终保持旺盛的工作热情和良好的精神状态去完成各项任务,得到了公司上下的一致好评。
医药公司的党员队伍是一个有着优秀历史、团结奋进的集体,过去的一年里,我团结身边的员工为公司创造出优良的业绩。在关键时刻也是一支“招必战、战必胜”的队伍。原医疗器械仓库需清理历年来过期、报废的危化品和有毒试剂,清理过程中佩戴两层防护口罩也挡不住毒气熏人,临时招来的劳务人员上午清理过后,下午就不肯再来。怎么办?公司党总支立即请战,党员干部先上,并动员普通党员齐上阵,大家顶着风险、齐心协力,认真仔细地一瓶一瓶、一袋一袋的清理,整治了历年来最大的安全隐患,为公司的整体规划排忧解难。还有当年取得了义乌所有基层卫生院的药品配送托管,配送药品种类齐、品规杂、数量大,配送难度可想而知。为做好配送药品的各项基础工作,加班加点成为正常的工作状态,好几次为第二天上午必须要递交的事项,深更半夜一个电话即刻赶往公司,我与采购副总每人一壶茶、一包烟、一台电脑,面对面奋战到天亮。虽然这不是我“份内”的职责,但我认为这也是职业生涯中难得的经历。
今年医药公司作为金华市政府各单位、各部位的疫情防控物资储存点,在“4.15”金华爆发新冠病毒疫情期间,收储与发放防控物资成了公司承担社会责任的首要任务,由我牵头组织人员,冒着被感染的风险,不计个人得失、个人安危,“五加二、白加黑”是常事,为了第二天能及时发放防控物资,当晚到货验收搬运入库到凌晨。仓库保管员劳累而引发腰伤,我一人既验收物资又开发货单,还组织员工发货,防护服、隔离衣、医用口罩、额温枪,消毒酒精,等等。每天开单三十多份,每份都是几千几万的发放,不计上下班随叫随到,据不完全统计,“4.15”疫情期间共收入各类防控物资约4500余箱,单品约80余万套(只),领货单品数量约110万套(只)。为金华市新冠病毒防控彰显出公司的一份力量和责任,更是展现出了一名党员干部甘于奉献勇于承担的风采。
作为新时期的共产党员,我将始终遵循多做事、做好事、做成事的人生态度,在今后的学习、生活和工作中,进一步加强政治理论学习、严于律己,时刻牢记党的教导,继续加倍努力,提高自己的思想政治觉悟和业务技能水平。
把工作当事业来对待
■ 创新能手代表 尖峰电缆 卢超芳
过去的一年,电缆公司在技术工作中有了较多成绩,成功解决了地铁电缆燃烧性能和渗水性能难题,尤其是地铁电缆的燃烧性能,一直是困扰电缆行业的痛点,我们的团队通过不断地工艺调整,改进材料,借助供应商的实验室,反复多次试验后,攻克了难题,先后通过国家消防实验室和上缆所实验室的成束B级燃烧性能测试,同时降低了生产成本约5个百分点,大大增强了市场竞争优势。
过去的一年,电缆公司参与市总工会的青蓝计划,我与四名员工签订师徒协议,帮助他们提升技术技能素质,其中2名员工取得挤塑高级工资格。我还为参加全国电线电缆检验工大赛的员工进行培训,在决赛中,1人取得通信缆组个人优秀奖第6名,公司获得团体优秀奖。我还参加了机械工业部职业技能鉴定中心组织的检验工技师考评,担任杭州市临安区总工会组织的电线电缆检验工大赛的裁判等,提高公司的知名度。用时髦的话说就是:在行业内刷了下存在感。
凡事要做好都离不开认真和坚持。我在电缆公司认真干了25年,积累了丰富的经验,沉淀了多年的感情,我把工作当事业来对待,虽然有时干得很累、很苦,但收到的是快乐。
电缆公司面对“光进铜退”的大环境,克服了设备陈旧等诸多困难,通过不断地技术改进,产品升级,目前市话通信电缆系列产品销售量在浙江省细分市场位列第一。电缆公司之所以能从低谷中走出来,靠的是一群人不怕吃苦,共同拼搏的结果。这种敬业精神支撑着电缆公司在专精特新的道路上不断前行。2023年是集团公司上市30周年,也是电缆公司成立30周年,三十而立,我们一定会在新产品开发及技术创新方面加倍努力,提高公司的核心竞争力,给30周年献礼。
踔厉奋发 与尖峰共同进步

尖峰集团是一个有着深厚文化底蕴的企业,在尖峰这所企业大学中我学到了许多书本上学不到的知识和技能,同时也感受到了尖峰浓厚的人文关怀。2020年,蒋晓萌董事长亲自到我们学校招聘时,提出了尖峰“有德无才,培养使用,有德有才,企业栋梁”的理念,我一直秉承这个理念,以“有德有才型”员工为目标,锻炼自己的工作技能,各位领导和前辈也都对我悉心指导,为我答疑解惑。藉此,我也顺利完成了由学生向工作者的转变,从初入社会的职场小白成长为了可以在工作中独当一面的尖峰人。
如今尖峰药业开拓国际市场,为整个药业带来了新气象,同时也为我们提供了非常宝贵的学习机会。2021年,制造二部FDA质量管理体系建立,药业开始进行质量体系优化,我认为这对于尖峰药业的发展具有里程碑式的意义。虽然在新体系的建设过程中,伴随着大量新的问题和挑战,但是在大家共同的学习和努力下,我们克服了重重困难,也经历了重重考验,这些考验和困难也让我们每一个人的工作能力有了巨大的进步,知识储备也更加完善。通过左乙拉西坦缓释片和罗沙司他胶囊这两个品种的验证生产,我们在问题中学习,在实践中成长,大家对新的质量体系有了更深的理解,同时也积累了宝贵的经验,相信大家将可以更高效率,更高质量地完成日后的工作任务和挑战。
入职至今,尖峰药业在我的眼里已经发生了巨大的变化,尖峰药业正在飞速发展,随着各位领导前辈的不断深耕和新鲜血液的不断涌入,现在的尖峰药业更强大,更合规,更年轻也更有朝气。看到企业的发展壮大,我由衷感到自豪和骄傲。我非常庆幸自己能在这样的时机来到尖峰,能在这样的环境中学习和工作。在新的一年里,我将继续以成为“有德有才型”人才为目标,和各位伙伴、各位同事齐心协力,踔厉奋发,为尖峰创造更多价值,与尖峰共同进步。

Entering 2023, under the macroeconomic situation of stabilizing the economy and promoting development, as well as various regions stepping up efforts to promote the construction of major projects, cement demand is expected to increase in 2023 compared with 2022, and the situation in the second half of the year will be better than that in the first half. However, under the expectation of restorative growth in demand, the cement industry is still facing uncertainties such as continued bottoming of real estate, high energy costs, and overcapacity. In this regard, we should resolutely maintain the normal order of the industry, make concerted efforts to help the industry get out of the predicament, and firmly implement staggered peak production. Through mergers and acquisitions, carbon quotas, energy efficiency indicators, environmental protection indicators, coal indicators, market competition and other means to further resolve the contradiction of overcapacity, optimize the industrial layout, and adhere to innovation-driven in digital, intelligent and green development, so as to promote and finally realize the high-quality development of the cement industry.
