Visit Big Data Unit to Feel Digital Charm

The first stop of the visit is the Qiandongnan Smart Tourism Command Center. The screen of the command center hall clearly shows the real-time statistical analysis of the number of tourists, consumption, complaints and other data from within and outside the province to Qiandongnan. The management of the command center introduced the background, construction and function modules of the tourism monitoring platform to the visitors. As long as people stay in southeast Guizhou for 4 hours and use mobile phone positioning, consumption payment, etc., the platform will capture the data of Unicom users and Tencent software and compare, analyze and count with identity information, but will not analyze personal sensitive information, so the statistics are accurate and safe data.

In the Industrial Internet Application Innovation Promotion Center of Guizhou Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College, the staff led us to introduce the big data application platforms such as personnel training, personnel provision, equipment operation and maintenance, and teaching integration. The application introduced by the Industrial Internet Application Innovation Promotion Center is closely related to our production enterprises. In terms of talents, enterprises can book talents on the talent training platform and formulate requirements. The school will train students' abilities in all aspects according to the requirements. By taking the evaluation results as a means of data analysis, graduates who meet the requirements are selected to enter the enterprise for employment. On the equipment, the equipment can be detected and uploaded to the platform in real time through the sensors of the equipment operation and maintenance platform. When a certain part of the equipment is damaged, the maintenance personnel can accurately locate and deal with the problem. In terms of employee skills, through the integrated teaching platform, the required practical courses can be selected and downloaded to the equipment, which can continuously simulate the operation of the equipment and improve the practical operation ability of our employees.

Since it was completed and put into production, Huang Ping Jianfeng has been continuously exploring digital intelligence. Through visiting and learning, we have learned good practices and experiences from other units. In contrast to the implementation status of our Huang Ping peak digitization and intelligent management and control, we have built an information architecture with DCS system, ERP system and MES system as the core and other auxiliary systems as the auxiliary system, aiming at industry 4.0 and intelligent factories, in the system, equipment, personnel management, material management, staff skills, safety management and other aspects of the realization of factory digital, intelligent management and control also need to be improved and strengthened.
