During the test run, the high-voltage motor was started by the water resistance cabinet and could not be started for a while. He actively consulted the technicians inside and outside the factory to find out the problem. After adjusting the water resistance cabinet program, the motor was started smoothly. In this technical transformation project, Liu Xiaojian paid a lot, but also made it grow rapidly and gained a lot of application skills and disposal methods.
