Lu Chaofang has been engaged in quality management and technical work in the cable company for many years, and currently serves as the technical director and manager of the technical quality department. Improvement and innovation on the original basis, and development of new products and new manufacturing processes in response to market and customer needs are the main lines of Lu Chaofang's work. In recent years, she has successively served as the person in charge of several new product development projects.
