Lu Chaofang has been engaged in quality management and technical work in the cable company for many years, and currently serves as the technical director and manager of the technical quality department. After repeated deliberation, she designed a grouping threading method based on the wire and cable production technology, and successfully changed the large logarithmic cable from two molding to one, greatly save the production cost, improve the production efficiency. She uses the data cable design method of differentiated wire diameter to greatly improve the qualified rate of data cable, creatively uses the trajectory method to test the twisted pitch of data cable, accurate and efficient, has been widely recognized by peers, and has been promoted and applied in the industry.

Improvement and innovation on the original basis, and development of new products and new manufacturing processes in response to market and customer needs are the main lines of Lu Chaofang's work.
