I read Cao Xiuyun's translation of 2015 . I have also come into contact with all kinds of management knowledge. I have been trained by teachers from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and have been engaged in management work for many years. I feel the diversity of management and always think that different enterprises need different management and there is no universal enterprise management method. There are many translations of management in the West. The Fifth Discipline impressed me deeply.
