"Unexpectedly" is my debut work published in "Peak Newspaper". It is written about me who joined Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company in 1985 . Unexpectedly, after more than 10 years, I became a colleague with my former playmate who worked in a cement factory. It also incidentally recalled the changes of Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company becoming a subsidiary of Jianfeng Group, as well as the development process of Jianfeng Group witnessed from my own growth experience. Unexpectedly, this article won the third prize in the essay competition for the 80th anniversary of the founding of the party. Since then, I have had a long-term contact with the "Peak News.
My own words will one day be turned into type in newspapers, which I never thought of when I could write. For the first time, I saw my signed article in the newspaper. Although it was only the size of dried tofu, my heart was still filled with a little excitement and pride. The publication of "Unexpected" gave me great confidence. I also began to pay attention to the big and small things in my life. I would record them from time to time. In the QQ space, which was very popular at that time, I graffiti some logs that were difficult to be elegant to amuse myself. Slowly, there are more and more records of my life and work in the space, "Talking about how to improve customer satisfaction in pharmacies", "My Father", "The Story of Five Bills", "The Story of Cars and Snakes" ...... Unexpectedly, these essays attracted the attention of Fu, the editor-in-chief of Spike News, and were selected to be published in Spike News.
When I pay attention to the things around me, I find that my life is so rich and colorful, and how interesting my pharmaceutical retail industry is. From the warm reception of customers who enter the store to the ability to calmly use their professional knowledge of drugs to reasonably guide customers to use drugs, every progress is so beautiful. Every time the customer's praise, can make me happy. I remember that in 2004 , I was the manager of Beiyuan drugstore in Jianfeng Pharmacy. At noon on a Sunday, our clerk received an order for 90 traditional Chinese medicine from a foreign customer. As the stock of traditional Chinese medicine stored in the drugstore was not large at that time, we needed to go to several drugstores to adjust. In order to complete it in time, everyone made concerted efforts to give up the rest. Without lunch, after more than two hours of division of labor and cooperation, the 90 post of traditional Chinese medicine was finally completed, so that the foreign customer could catch the train in time and return home smoothly. This incident was not only thanked by the customers, but also deeply moved me, so I wrote a short news story about it and wrote it to the "Peak News". I didn't expect that the "peak newspaper" not only published this article in time, but also recommended to participate in the "delixi cup " good news essay competition organized by the enterprise newspaper association. I didn't expect that the "90 post of traditional Chinese medicine" also won the second prize in the "delixi cup " good news competition. In many subsequent submissions, the most impressive one was 2014 , when Jianfeng Pharmacy and Ali Health took the lead in launching the sales model of BTC . The publication of this press release in Jianfeng Newspaper did not expect to attract the attention of securities companies, which in turn triggered small fluctuations in Jianfeng stocks.
With the continuous development of Jianfeng Pharmacy, I have also stepped onto the management position step by step. With heavy responsibilities, the pressure will naturally increase. In order to release the psychological pressure, I fell in love with Donkey Travel. Every weekend, I climb mountains and mountains with fellow travelers, challenge my endurance, exercise my teamwork ability to cooperate with everyone, and temper my will not be afraid of difficulties.
