to the manufacturing department on-site work and study, the first thing is safety education and training, which requires our employees to firmly establish the idea of safety first in their daily work, correctly handle the relationship between safety and production, and ensure the safe production of enterprises. In these 15 days, the place I stayed most was the kiln system, followed by the raw material system. We have to continuously inspect the entire production line every day to eliminate potential safety hazards in time. Wear masks and earplugs in places with a lot of dust and noise to reduce the impact of dust and noise on health. Every time the patrol inspection finds that there is a problem with the equipment or cleans up the smoke room and coal pipes, it is necessary to contact the central control through the interphone in the first place, and the central control can only start the operation after shutting down the equipment.
What I have to do every day in the kiln system is to check the flap valves in each layer of the preheater to prevent material accumulation, and then assist colleagues to clean up the clinker particles leaked from the smoke room, the coal pipe at the kiln head and the kiln head. During the operation, although I was assisting on the side, my colleagues still asked me to obey their instructions, wear a complete set of fire-proof clothing, and do a good job of safety protection to prevent safety accidents.
When studying the raw material system, my colleague introduced me to a small skill, which is to judge whether the raw material is qualified or not by the temperature of the V powder selector. Because the high and low temperature represents the high and low of the integrated moisture of the grinding material, the two are inversely proportional to the relationship. It can also be found that the chemical composition and content of the material will directly affect the kiln calcination operation and yield.
clinker is a hydraulic cementitious substance containing calcium oxide, silica, alumina and iron oxide, which is ground into fine powder and fired into partial melting state according to appropriate proportion, and calcium silicate is taken as the main mineral component. The mineral composition of clinker mainly includes tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate and tetralcium aluminate. The mineral with the largest content is tricalcium silicate, followed by dicalcium silicate. Cement clinker in the kiln system formation process, according to the temperature and reaction can be roughly divided into drying, preheating, firing and cooling. The six-stage preheater used by Huangping Peak can make better use of the waste heat of the waste gas discharged from the kiln and the decomposition furnace to heat the raw material, and the gas-solid dispersion is uniform, the heat exchange is rapid and the high energy separation is high, which improves the heat exchange efficiency between the gas and solid to a greater extent, and realizes the superiority, high yield and low consumption of the whole calcination system. The raw material enters the preheater from the raw material warehouse for preheating and decomposition, and then enters the kiln for calcination. After calcination, the clinker enters the fourth-generation grate cooler. Grate cooler is mainly to reduce the clinker temperature, and the role of the heat contained in the clinker for multiple use, while the heat in the form of secondary air, tertiary air return to the kiln, preheater and waste heat power generation system. Finally, the qualified clinker is transported to the clinker warehouse through the clinker inclined zipper.
After a short follow-up study, I not only buried the "seed " for safe production, but also got a preliminary understanding of the role of common raw materials in the cement production process. Only by laying a good foundation and communicating in the same industry, can we not get stage fright because we do not understand the use of equipment and the role of various raw materials, and have more communication with customers in the front line of the market. At the production site, the most is the production equipment, and the most important thing to pay attention to is the mechanical injury. Before the equipment is turned on, the central control room will definitely notify the on-site inspection personnel to carry out detailed inspection on the site to confirm that no one can turn on the mechanical parts and belt conveyor on the site. There are large pieces of material and other abnormal conditions on site, which need to be dredged manually. The first thing to do is to notify the central control room to stop the equipment to prevent problems before they occur. When working, we should wear masks, protective clothing and earplugs for noisy equipment. When cleaning up the smoke room, there must be two or more people present, wearing fire-proof clothing, fire-proof caps and fire-proof covers, and there will be other on-site personnel to assist to ensure the safety of the operators.
During the two months of studying in the manufacturing department, I have a more comprehensive understanding of limestone mining, raw material crushing and pre-homogenization, raw material grinding, raw material homogenization, clinker calcination and cooling, cement powder, cement storage and homogenization, cement shipping and other processes. The site of the manufacturing department is roughly divided into five systems: raw meal, kiln, coal mill, cement mill and waste heat power generation. In addition to waste heat power generation, I have studied the inspection post of each system for a week, and have a better understanding of the production process and equipment of each system, as well as the matters needing attention in the usual inspection.
The two-month period is very short. Although it is a bit hard, in general, the harvest is far greater than the effort, and it also makes me realize many simple and simple truths. Every department and every post is indispensable, and no one can be careless, otherwise it will affect the work of the entire production line and the quality of the products. It also made me understand that only when production and sales cooperate with each other can enterprises produce and operate better. The study in the manufacturing department not only gave me a better understanding of the cement production process and cement professional knowledge, but also made me understand that in my new position, I must ask and learn more. Only by working with curiosity can I learn more knowledge. After that, I will continue to strengthen my study of cement production process and professional knowledge. Although I am a marketing position, it is difficult for me to establish a foothold in this industry without a solid foundation and a studious attitude.

The most important thing in the production workshop is to protect my own safety, so on the first day I entered the workshop to study, I first conducted level 3 safety education, training and examination. After entering the site, I started from the most basic job position, that is, the feeding position, which is mainly responsible for the normal feeding of raw materials and the inspection and dredging of clay belts and iron slag feeding ports. Most of my time is spent in clay feeding ports, iron powder weighing, clay belt heads and other places where materials are easy to accumulate. For me, who has never worked night shift, working all night has become the first big test. Every time after 2 in the morning, my eyes begin to strike. Neither drinking coffee nor washing my face can wake up my body. I remember one time when I was preparing to rest after cleaning the clay blanking port, I received a notice that the sandstone crusher was full of rubble. so at 2: 50 in the early morning, we started the cleaning work. because the construction space was relatively narrow, the dust all over the sky accompanied me for 2 hours of cleaning work, which was deeply imprinted in my memory. I was tired, hungry and sleepy, you can fall asleep almost anywhere.
In the first week of studying in the manufacturing department, I mainly experienced the work of the feeding post and learned the raw materials of the stacking shed. In the second week, I moved to the inspection post of the raw material system, mainly inspecting the normal operation of all equipment in the raw material system. When I followed the post worker to inspect together, he introduced the equipment and their operation principle to me in detail. In the third week, I went to the kiln system, which is the most critical part of cement production, and cleaned the crust in the smoke chamber and the accumulated material in the coal injection pipe at fixed points every day. In order to prevent injuries, protective measures need to be taken during work. After wearing fire-proof clothing and fire-proof cap, you can carry out high-pressure water gun skinning with the post worker. The daily inspection work is running in the preheater, which is as high as ,120 meters. Each floor swings the flap valve to prevent the flap valve from being stuck. At that time, I was also punished for not reporting to my superiors because the flap valve on the fourth floor was stuck. The fourth week is the last step into the cement production process - cement mill system study.
Through nearly two months of study in the manufacturing department, I have a better understanding of cement-related knowledge, but this is far from enough. If I want to be a qualified marketing personnel, I still need to enrich myself through continuous learning.
