During the overhaul in February , Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company rectified the equipment and dust collection ducts in some locations. One week after the resumption of production, these rectification effects appeared.

At present, no matter which operation mode, dust can hardly be seen by naked eyes, thus effectively improving the environmental sanitation of the top of the clinker warehouse. Sealing measures are taken around the limestone crusher. A cover plate is made from the hopper to the ash cover of the crusher to seal. The dust inlet pipe is modified to a smooth angle to reduce resistance. The seal around the head of the belt conveyor and the curtain blocking treatment are added. The skin blocking is pressed. All gaps in the cover plate of the guide chute are sealed with glue and pressed iron. During the operation, the dust entering the pit is several times less than the original, even the dust collector operating current is reduced by 4-5 amps. Rectify the dust collection pipes at the tail of the raw coal storage belt conveyor and the raw coal bunker, remove and rearrange the original smooth and unsmooth pipes, appropriately increase the diameter of the pipes, make the pipe layout points reasonable and smooth, add regulating valves, and reasonably control the air consumption of multiple dust collection points to achieve the expected effect. Magnetic levitation blower is used at the bottom of the raw meal warehouse. The original Roots blower of 2 22 kW is used for the small raw meal warehouse and the large warehouse inflatable box. The operating current has been kept at 47 A. At present, the current of magnetic levitation blower used can fully meet the production demand at about 20 A. The intelligent control system of dry oil lubrication of roller press is put into use, and the overflow of grease is obviously reduced, which eliminates the phenomenon that waste oil needs to be cleaned every day and affects environmental hygiene. After a period of time, the effect will be more obvious by accurately controlling and adjusting the oil supply. The kiln head seal adopts a positive pressure airtight protection sealing device, and almost no air leakage point and flying sand can be found, which effectively eliminates the phenomenon of air leakage in the past, improves the environment and reduces heat loss.

In this overhaul process, these rectifications or technical improvements have achieved good results. (Lou Xuxin)
