Through on-site measurement, the technicians improved the original processing method by adopting forging processing, changing the original two sides of the compression welding to the inner hole of one flange plate to be processed into internal thread, the steel sleeve has a flange plate at one end, and the outer edge of the other end is processed into thread, so that the steel sleeve and flange plate can be fixed on the hammer plate after tightening. The key point is that 11 hammer plates are installed with steel sleeves, and the cumulative linear error cannot exceed 1 mm, otherwise the hammer shaft cannot pass through. This maintenance through careful operation, the key dimensions are controlled within the scope, hammer shaft disassembly and assembly to maintain smooth, to achieve the desired purpose.
