After long-term use, the steel sleeve on the hammer disc of the crusher rotor will be broken or the inner hole will be deformed and cannot be used any longer. In order to save maintenance costs, Yunnan Peak decided to replace the steel sleeve by itself after demonstrating the maintenance plan. Through on-site measurement, the technicians improved the original processing method by adopting forging processing, changing the original two sides of the compression welding to the inner hole of one flange plate to be processed into internal thread, the steel sleeve has a flange plate at one end, and the outer edge of the other end is processed into thread, so that the steel sleeve and flange plate can be fixed on the hammer plate after tightening. The key point is that 11 hammer plates are installed with steel sleeves, and the cumulative linear error cannot exceed 1 mm, otherwise the hammer shaft cannot pass through. This maintenance through careful operation, the key dimensions are controlled within the scope, hammer shaft disassembly and assembly to maintain smooth, to achieve the desired purpose. Compared with the external maintenance, the independent maintenance of the rotor can save at least more than 10 yuan by excluding the cost of purchasing steel sleeves, thus reducing the production cost for the enterprise.
