To this end, the three cement enterprises have determined the maintenance and technical renovation work plan as early as New Year's Day, and have done a good job in purchasing relevant equipment and spare parts. The personnel of the outsourcing units and the construction time for entering the site have been put in place one by one. According to the different regional market conditions and peak shifting production requirements, enterprises make different arrangements for production, operation and overhaul during the Spring Festival. For example, the overhaul of Huang Ping Jianfeng kiln system starts from # September 20 , while Daye Jianfeng insists on stopping production until 2 (the fourth day of the first lunar month) to prepare sufficient inventory for market sales after the Spring Festival. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the overhaul, most of the competent leaders and technical backbones of various enterprises, except those on duty in the factory, returned to work after only three or four days off.
