Since I joined the company, I have gone from cement production line worker to central control and shift supervisor and finally took up the production management position. The team I led has also won the title of advanced team in the national building materials industry. I think the team management and production management are quite handy. Through this training, I deeply realize that with the changes of the times and the improvement of the management mode, the team management method of first persuasion, careful guidance and enhancing the feelings of team members can no longer fully adapt to the current form, and the uneven ability of team leaders leads to the working ability of the teams and groups each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, extensive work standards lead to work results vary from person to person. Employees with strong sense of responsibility have slightly better work results, while employees with poor sense of responsibility have a huge gap with their goals. Finally, the supervision and assessment mechanism at the team level and department level is not perfect, which does not play a good role in praising the good and punishing the bad, resulting in poor execution and many planning goals can not be achieved well. Sometimes when internal department managers or relevant department managers communicate together, they always lament that the current employees have poor sense of responsibility and initiative. Although there are many times of training and emphasis, and there are also supervision and assessment in the work process, the final result is far from the expectation.
Through this training, I understand my previous doubts, mainly because there are defects in the management methods. In the future work of the workshop department level, the focus is on the improvement of standards and the implementation of the supervision and assessment mechanism, so as to realize standards for routine work items and standards for disclosure of unconventional work. The supervision and assessment at the team level must break the current situation of local customs and do a good job in the team management, and realize the team management that encourages advanced, encourages backward progress, and is fair and just. At the same time, the department regularly or irregularly supervises and inspects the team management, and supervises and inspects the occupational health and safety, the implementation of process discipline, labor discipline and civilized health, and the team management, so as to improve the on-site management level.
