In the first lesson of the induction training, General Manager Yu Jianhong introduced the company's industrial layout and basic situation from the aspects of cement, medicine, health, etc.; from the aspects of hard work, determined reform, diversified development, strategic adjustment, strategic development, etc. Several stages, narrated the development process of the peak; from the enterprise spirit, vision, development concept, talent view, work style and other contents systematically expounds the enterprise culture of the peak. He hopes that new employees can be the best themselves in the process of growing up, persist in learning in all aspects, constantly sum up themselves, improve their abilities, and grow into the backbone of the sustained and healthy development of the peak as soon as possible.
Chairman Jiang Xiaomeng elaborated on the key words 18 that a new peak person needs to understand under the title "How to Grow with the Enterprise. He said that the key to the success of an enterprise lies in selecting, retaining, educating and employing people. Based on his own experience and actual cases, Jiang Xiaomeng shared with new employees the five necessary elements for excellent employees, the ten habits of how to achieve success and self-improvement. In order to enable new employees to integrate into the enterprise better and faster, in addition to the lectures given by the chairman and general manager, the relevant persons in charge of the Group's Safety Management Office and the Human Resources Department also explained in detail the safety knowledge, enterprise rules and regulations and the Employee Handbook for new employees. The new employees also visited the company's showroom and gained a deeper understanding of the entrepreneurial development and corporate culture of the peak.
After the training, the Human Resources Department also organized an examination for new employees to test the training effect. New employees of foreign enterprises such as Daye Peak, Yunnan Peak, Huang Ping Peak and Shanghai North Carolina participated in the training through video conference system.
