The company organizes new employee induction training

Based on his own experience and actual cases, Jiang Xiaomeng shared with new employees the five necessary elements for excellent employees, the ten habits of how to achieve success and self-improvement. He hoped that new employees would adjust their mentality in time, define their goals and dreams, persist in learning, reduce dependence, be a person with win-win thinking, and become the talents needed by the enterprise as soon as possible.

In order to enable new employees to integrate into the enterprise better and faster, in addition to the lectures given by the chairman and general manager, the relevant persons in charge of the Group's Safety Management Office and the Human Resources Department also explained in detail the safety knowledge, enterprise rules and regulations and the Employee Handbook for new employees. The new employees also visited the company's showroom and gained a deeper understanding of the entrepreneurial development and corporate culture of the peak.

After the training, the Human Resources Department also organized an examination for new employees to test the training effect. New employees of foreign enterprises such as Daye Peak, Yunnan Peak, Huang Ping Peak and Shanghai North Carolina participated in the training through video conference system.
