At present, the waste heat power generation system turbine lubricating oil has been used continuously for 7 years. Originally, the basis for judging the replacement of lubricating oil for most equipment in Yunnan Peak was based on experience or the period provided by suppliers. Due to differences in operating conditions and environment, the judgment results often had large deviations, either causing waste if the equipment was replaced earlier, or bringing hidden dangers to the safe operation of the equipment if the equipment was replaced later. In particular, large-scale dilute oil stations have the characteristics of being responsible for more lubrication points and more oil volume, and this contradiction is particularly prominent.
