Li Lingqiao said that because of her busy work, she often can't rest on weekends. Her husband is responsible for her daughter's homework and all the housework at home. Because she was very tired when she came home after working overtime every day and had a rest after dinner, she was also very grateful to her family for their understanding of her work.
Li Lingqiao takes her work very seriously. When she is busy with her work, she will give up her rest time and take the initiative to help. If she had to work overtime temporarily, she would come over without saying anything. What impressed her colleagues was that once Li Lingqiao asked for leave for an operation. She had to recuperate for a period of time. She learned that the workshop was very busy and the testing staff was not enough. She returned to work early before her body recovered.

Li Lingqiao will instruct her how to fill in and help sort them out. When I first came to the unit, I was not familiar with the procedures and equipment of various positions.
