This accident reflects the serious lack of safety awareness of employees. They did not take effective measures in time, nor did they clearly feedback the actual situation to the team leader in time. The team leader did not understand the on-site situation in time, resulting in other management personnel. In recent years, various enterprises have organized safety training and emergency drills on time every year. However, judging from this accident, the effect of training drills is far from meeting the actual requirements of the work. Employees do not understand and master safety skills. The usual safety training methods and verification are not in place, taking into account most of the higher quality employees, ignoring the employees with poor cultural foundation and acceptance ability, resulting in poor results.
