Not long ago, a mechanic in a company caused an accidental scald accident. The factory has a special oil drum for collecting waste oil, but in order to walk a few tens of meters less, the employee actually took the burning drying oven and poured waste oil directly into it, causing deflagration and burning to his hands and face.

This accident reflects the serious lack of safety awareness of employees. They did not take effective measures in time, nor did they clearly feedback the actual situation to the team leader in time. The team leader did not understand the on-site situation in time, resulting in other management personnel. Do not understand the actual situation, lose the best processing time, miss the time for timely reporting, and reflect the insufficient supervision of grassroots management.

In recent years, various enterprises have organized safety training and emergency drills on time every year. However, judging from this accident, the effect of training drills is far from meeting the actual requirements of the work. Employees do not understand and master safety skills. The usual safety training methods and verification are not in place, taking into account most of the higher quality employees, ignoring the employees with poor cultural foundation and acceptance ability, resulting in poor results. This accident is also a lesson, from which we can sum up the shortcomings in management, force enterprises to change the way of safety training and safety management, and promote the improvement of overall management, which can be regarded as paying a tuition fee. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022.
