In terms of agency, the sales department adopts the model of "3 6 X " provinces and regions. Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shanghai 3 provinces and regions are responsible for the selected personnel of the pharmaceutical company to ensure the basic amount. Hunan, Henan, Shandong, Anhui, Fujian and Hubei 6 provinces and autonomous regions will have new employees as provincial managers to strive for new increments. The remaining provinces and autonomous regions will determine their provincial managers through bidding.
