In recent years, with the promotion and implementation of national and provincial centralized procurement, the sales volume of major customers of individual products has obviously shrunk. At the same time, due to the intersection of the commission system and the business of major customers, communication and coordination problems have arisen in the development of various sectors. The commission system has been initially constructed through the infrastructure construction in 2020 , but there are deficiencies in subjective initiative, business skills, etc, the team needs to be further optimized and deepened; the team is not self-driven and lacks a sense of operational risk. To this end, in 2021 , the sales department adjusted its marketing model in a timely manner to enhance its market expansion capability based on the idea of "preserving base volume, adding new volume and activating stock. In terms of agency, the sales department adopts the model of "3 6 X " provinces and regions. Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shanghai 3 provinces and regions are responsible for the selected personnel of the pharmaceutical company to ensure the basic amount.
